In order to avoid confusion, perhaps "either approve or not approve each of the 18 candidates" might be changed to "... each of the 17 candidates". JoergenB 18:43, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

Why NOTOC? Wouldn't it be convenient with a table of content, so you can easily go to the candidate whose answers you'd like to check? // habj 10:57, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
