Low importance

I am looking at the scheme for the US Government project and Obama is mentioned as low importance next to many other things. Other liberal presidents are ranked there, but Ronald Reagan is ranked at the top. This is a clear POV issue in my opinion. We need to reevaluate how this project lists candidates and put them in terms of their historical, political, and social impact as opposed to an individual editor's personal beliefs. No President should be ranked below High Importance (except maybe W Harrison and Garfield because of the length of their terms should be Mid importance) and only the Presidents who passed the most important legislation that affected the most people and made the most historical impact (which will place the Roosevelts, Kennedy, Lincoln, and all of our founding fathers on that list) because of IMPACT not an individual editor's personal beliefs. Let's make this project as successful and POV free as we possibly can.

An example of what I would place in each category. Top: massive achieving presidents, cabinet departments, white house, Congress, Supreme Court, Chief Justices. High: All other presidents, all other Justices, Speakers of the House, some Vice Presidents, some foreign-relation articles, some important agencies. Mid: Some Vice Presidents, States and Territories governments, most agencies, major cities' mayors Low: Small agencies with small areas of jurisdiction, counties, state and territory agencies, heads of agencies, etc.
