Separate active and inactive?

I notice other projects have separate lists and its helpful for people wanting to contact others. We could set up two lists, see who voluntarily puts self in "inactive" and then check contributions of others and leave a message for inactives for a year and say "hope you don't mind if we move you to inactive." Smart idea from my side :) But what should I do with red colored members that are in the list? Wont it be better to delete them? I wont sign in until you gentlemen will answer my question:(--Mishae (talk) 02:23, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
