Disputed
editThe contents of this page is disputed. It does not give a clear rationale for the existence or use of "outlines" on wikipedia, and neither was the example clear or compelling. Verbal chat 20:24, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
- added the {{essay}} tag. If you feel that neither of the examples are compelling or clear, please edit it so it is, but don't deface this page like you did in your previous edit. Thanks -- penubag (talk) 01:43, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
- I have corrected the example. Verbal chat 07:40, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
Protected
editHonestly. You've agreed it's an essay. Edit-warring over it is pointless because it's only opinion based. Hopefully protecting the page will get you to talk more and agree consensus here, rather than trying to do it in edit summaries. </exasperated>. GedUK 11:01, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
The example is unpersuasive
editIn my world, a reader interested in looking up the color of water would type "color of water" into the search box, leading to an immediate happy ending. Rummaging through outline of water for the topic as described here seems pointless. Kanguole 11:06, 16 September 2011 (UTC)
