Rivers

I glanced at the items in the Geography section (Dintel, Geleenbeek, Keeten-Mastgat, Krammer, Schie, Steenbergse Vliet, Volkerak). These mainly have English stubs which call them rivers although it isn't clear that they are. How should we translate Dutch water as opposed to rivier.
