Count reassessments?

I'm guessing the answer is no, since we're trying to eliminate the backlog, and not make extra work, but can we count GA reassessments in our total? I randomly stumbled upon a GA with major issues yesterday, and put it up for reassessment, so I figured I'd ask. —Torchiest ^talk_edits 15:20, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
