Huh??

There is a link on WP:U to this page. Its stated aim is to help Wikipedians avoid usernames used by vandals. The sentence itself says 'If you are concerned...' Then why is the list incomplete??? If users are concerned that they might accidentally choose usernames used by vandals, then surely they'd also be concerned that they might accidentally choose usernames used by vandals which are NOT on this list??? Conversely, some of the categories in this list are far too vague and broad: surely there cannot be a blanket ban on references to "cuteness", "kittens", "cats", and "milk", simply because one or two vandals have included such words in their usernames?
