It's quite clear that volley36 does not understand Wikipedia content policies. In effect they are arguing that they "know" the USPS money order web site is wrong and is a fraud that profits the USPS. This comes from their knowledge of the validity of money orders. Their claim that the reference "proves" this is wrong. Rather it provides information that volley36 thinks is wrong, but volley36 has not provided any reference (let alone to a reliable source) that the information on the USPS web site is actually wrong let alone fraudulent. Broadly I don't think there's anything to mediate - volley36 just needs to take the time to understand the content policies better. QU ^TalkQu 19:56, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
