Disambiguating places using commas or parentheses

Park Square
The Park Square disambiguation page lists four places disambiguated with a comma (Sheffield, Leeds, London and Rhode Island) and one with parentheses (Boston). This looks decidedly odd, but I don't know whether they are all named correctly or if not whether the commas or parentheses are correct? Thryduulf (talk) 21:06, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

Is "d" capitalized in the name of a dam?
Is Malpasset dam a dam at a place named Malpsasset ("Malpasset" is the place the non-proper-named "dam" exists) or is Malpasset Dam therefore the formal name of it? Is there a standard guideline, or do we look for consensus among external sources? DMacks (talk) 17:41, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
