Perth - Australia and Scotland
There is a move request over at Talk:Perth (disambiguation)#Requested move, in which the following proposal is being discussed:
The move could result in a minor revision to Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names)#United Kingdom (deletion of the exception for Perth, Scotland).
