A withdraw that is a biased involved close contrary to the consensus of the discussion
The close of Wikipedia:Move_review#Foreign_Affairs_.28closed.29 by its nominator User:DrKiernan, which I reverted but he repeated [1] is unacceptable because:
- It is Wikipedia:Gaming the system, avoiding a SNOW close that the nominator's position is disagreed with.
- The closing statement contains no idication of the forming consensus of the discussion.
- The Closer's immediate follow-up actions in intiating yet another repeat RM is directly contrary to the forming consensus of the review discussion.
- It is a display of contempt for the RM and review process.

- Hopefully this was resolved by PaleAqua's reclosure. Jenks24 (talk) 10:15, 13 October 2015 (UTC)
- FWIW belated, I agree with SJ's reversion. Peoplep should not be allowed to play with MR like some kind of card game. — SMcCandlish ☺ ☏ ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ≼ 07:52, 30 December 2015 (UTC)
