How about Project Gutenberg and our own sister projects? edit
If this project page wants to have any claim on being useful, it should include at least the most popular free content projects. That the previous question about Wiktionary was never answered is not a good sign. Let's give it another chance and see whether anyone is actually watching this page, and cares enough to take such pertinent questions seriously.
