Most page references are closely spaced, there are no spaces between the page acronym and the number, ie "Stewart 2000, p.103", but footnote 18, "Smith, p. 396" is loosely spaced with space between the page acronym and the page number. Please respace fn18 to match your common style.
Date formats are inconsistent, "The Isis, February 7, 1934" versus 2009-04-30. Please pick one and stick to it.
Please correctly capitalise fn50, "make this YOUR CANADA" to match the bibliography which is "Make this YOUR CANADA"; also, the WP:MOSCAPS they should both be recapitalised to title case.
fn30 "interview with the author." and fn34 "Ted Jolliffe in an interview with the author." are unclear? Do you mean "interview with Smith."? If so, please clarify.
Bibliography versus Short cite consistency issues:
Bibliography uses date presentation format (1975), when in text, dates aren't bracketted.
Bibliography uses Lewis, David; Frank Scott for multiple authors, short cites uses Lewis & Scott. I suggest using "Lewis; Scott" for the short cites.
There's a blank line in the bibliography, and there should be a line break before the final bibliography entry (Stewart2003Tommy)
Some bibliography items format location as Toronto, OR, Canada. Some as Toronto. Please make consistent.
