Info on treating repeat offenders
Hi.
The article does not seem to have information about how to proceed when a repeat offender is observed. For example, User:X is reported to ANEW and is blocked; when the block period expires, User:X repeats the exact same revert.
What to do now?

- That's the goal, yes. What is the norm for proceeding towards it? For non-admins I mean.
