Contesting the speedy delete edit
The purpose of this page is for there to be small page where people can find the current day and time of Wikipedia that will not take too long to load and can be found easily. LA (T) @ 02:56, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
Format edit
Numeric date formats used were not compliant with WP:MOS and they have been changed. The article was initiated using AmEng and needs to adhered to without a broad consensus to change it. Please see WP:ENGVAR 174.118.142.187 (talk) 03:10, 24 May 2013 (UTC)

- The article was written in American English and users of that ENGVAR always put the month before the date number unlike Euro English. Please refer to WP:DATEFORMAT where it states:
- "Do not use year-final numerical date formats (DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY), as they are ambiguous: "03/04/2005" could refer to 3 April or to March 4. For consistency, do not use such formats even if the day number is greater than 12."
- clearly indicating not to use ambiguous numeric formats such as your edit reverted to. Please document your edits in edit histories. Be polite to researchers. You seldom provide any reason for your edits and they appear arbitrary. 174.118.142.187 (talk) 03:26, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
