The problem is only growing worse. Lately there seem to be more and more pages littered with multiple banners which never get removed. There is no clue suggesting who should remove them or who is responsible for defacing the page with them to begin with (so one may inquire what the posting editor was after). Many times it's completely unclear why the banner was posted to begin with. When I see these defacements by people to lazy to even comment why they were posted, it gives me no incentive to respond; quite the opposite. You should finish this essay!
