At the summit some instructors expressed a desire for Online Ambassadors to have established office hours. I question how well we can guarantee that Online Ambassadors assigned to a class will be available at any given time. I think "office hours" are going to have to be negotiated in each pod. Some instructors were also uncomfortable with using IRC. We need to make it as easy as possible for instructors to contact Online Ambassadors in a timely manner. While we already have a button that they can click on to access the Ambassadors IRC channel, we may need to arrange some training on using it for instructors. -- Donald Albury 20:50, 23 July 2011 (UTC)
