Scheduling meetings

Let's try to figure out when we can schedule WASC meetings in the coming weeks and months. It seems like Fridays are generally the best option for most committee members, so I'll put forward a few possible Friday times. If anyone has other times they'd like to propose, please do so. I'm putting up times for every Friday, but (as planned) we should probably only need/want to meet every two weeks or so.--Sage Ross - Online Facilitator, Wikimedia Foundation (talk) 15:09, 20 May 2011 (UTC)

27 May,23:00 UTC (7pm EDT)

(Piotrus and Sage will be at a conference, but could likely find time and connectivity in the evening.)

  • --Epistemophiliac (talk) 15:43, 20 May 2011 (UTC) for the summer, would need to be Weekend/later, as I will be at work then (working PST hours) - could change, but will not know till May 23rd at the earliest, note if this time does work for everyone else though the proposed Recall process is written up Here: (Jan has taken a peek a made a few edits as well)
Now that I know my work schedule, I should be able to catch part of the meeting (probably from about 15-20 in or so) Epistemophiliac (talk) 15:41, 26 May 2011 (UTC)

  • More problematic than other dates, but might be possible.--Pharos (talk) 03:06, 25 May 2011 (UTC)

Comment

The June dates above are all on Monday. If Friday was intended, June 3 should be no problem. June 11 and 17 I work until 5 PM, so any time after 5:30 EDT would work. June 24 I will be at my high school reunion. -- Donald Albury 10:59, 25 May 2011 (UTC)

+1, june 3 would be fine, regards --Jan eissfeldt (talk) 11:03, 26 May 2011 (UTC)

For the summer (at least through Aug ~14) my schedule, is PST instead of EST and working "regular hours" so if possible meetings on weekends/holidays or later (ie: 23:00 UTC or 0:00 UTC) would be appreciated - that being said after August ~14 I will be back to a more flexible schedule and will not be as personally restricted.
