  • United Nations Day Edit-a-thon 2016 (Saturday, October 22 from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM in 18th Avenue Library Room 350A/B): Join us for our first edit-a-thon of the semester as we recognize United Nations Day by improving Wikipedia articles on the United Nations programs, history, and countries! This event will have plenty of topics and research materials to utilize. Food, drink, and resources will be provided - just bring a laptop! New editors welcome.   • This last weekend, three of our club members (Kevin, Maria, and Addis) went to San Diego for WikiConference North America 2016! Here, Kevin and Maria presented on Wikipedia student organizations, while Addis presented on the various translation efforts across Wikipedia. They will share their experiences at the workshop next week!
