Vandalized a comment by another user at an RFA, and is currently blocked 24 hours for that. The IP is used to host at least one web site, http://guntur.etbox.info. Reason: Suspicious edits. This IP is one of those mentioned at WP:Sockpuppet investigations/Einsteindonut. Since the IP is based in Ireland, I thought it would be worth checking as an open proxy. (The protagonist in the Einsteindonut case is thought to be in the United States). While checking via Whois, I was led to http://www.365-hosting.net and this range: 212.78.224.0/19. Running 'rangecontribs' as here suggests that we have practically 100% abuse coming from the range lately. (An editor here, from the 212.78 range declares that he has 'thousands of IPs.'
