editUnless there is more than one community in the state with the same name, the article should always be "Foocity, Wisconsin", whether the community is a city, village, town or unincorporated area. If there is a city or village and a town with the same name located next to each other, the city/village should be "Foocity, Wisconsin" and the town should be "Foocity (town), Wisconsin". If and only if there is more than one town in the state with the same name, the town titles should be "Footown, Waupaca County, Wisconsin" and "Footown, Calumet County, Wisconsin"
