Always sign your username once you have made a comment on a page. This can be done by adding "~~~~" to the end of the comment.

Be Encouraging. Give out awards and congratulate people on outstanding contributions. Add a comment to user pages and the praise page
Finish the jobs and conclude the discussions you begin. If there's a heated debate, come to a resolution. Do not leave any debate open.
