Oklahoma has moved up past Guam; Arizona, Guam and D.C. haven't changed, but Michigan has gained three hundreths of a point, Utah earned twenty-three hundreths of a point, New York lost eight hundreths of a point, Connecticut gained three hundreths of a point, Vermont lost one hundred-four thousanths of a point, Oklahoma lost fifty-five hundreths of a point and Washington gained forty-nine hundreths of a point.
