The Wichita Valley Railroad is a corporation of the State of Texas, having its principal corporate office at Seymour, Tex., and its principal business office at Fort Worth, Tex. The Wichita Valley Railroad is controlled by the Colorado and Southern through ownership of the entire outstanding capital stock, except directors' shares. The operations were conducted without formal lease prior to February 1, 1908, and by formal lease since that date.
