Seamount Catalog
This is a database of seamounts projected on a Google-Earth type map. It is a highly useful tool that provides the metadata of the object, as well as data about entire chains.
SeamountsOnline
A database of seamount biology. This interactive site, also Google-Earth based, has thumbnails for different seamounts. Clicking on them yields information on the creatures that are confirmed to live on it. This is a very helpful tool for understanding its biological community. In fact, it often has more information then the above reference.
Seamounts: Ecology, Fisheries & Conservation

This book is a physical volume, cotaining very, very much information on Seamounts and their study, ecological impact, and history.

Region M
PDF File listing important basic information about undersea geological features of Antarctica, most of them seamounts. Compiled in 2006 by a Scientific community.
NOAA Photo Archives
The photo archives of the NOAA are extensive, and best of all they are all freely in the Public Domain!
MBARI mapping program
This page is an index of data collected from a series of mappings in 1998 of the coast of California/Oregon/Washington.
Seamount Ecology
Extremely detailed PDF on Seamount ecology (2006). High res Low res. You have to read it to understand fully the importance of Seamounts to underwater bio communities.
Volcanic History of Seamounts in the Gulf of Alaska
Synopsis of the volcanic history of the Alaskan seamount chains.
CenSeam
Census of Marine Life project CenSeam: a global census of marine life on seamounts
Google Search Engine
The oft-used search engine.

Advantages:Broad site coverage; proven reliability.
Disadvantages:Most hits are junk. For example, typing in "Orca Seamount" yields almost invariably data on the Orca Whale.

Scirus Research Tool
This science-only tool searches an indexed archive in the millions for scientific information on your query.

Advantages: Science-Only Search means no "Junk" site hits, as with Google or others.
Disadvantages: Simply too refined; many valuable (non-scientific, usually) sources left out; most hits are Digital Journals that are subscription-only.
