Wikipedia-related

1. How did you first hear of Wikipedia, and why did you decide to become a Wikipedia editor?
A: I first heard of Wikipedia on the radio. I was listening to a local radio station, and the site was being talked about. I was very curious about it, so I looked around at different pages. I decided to become a Wikipedia editor just for the heck of it. I ended up getting involved with WP:PW. Very soon, I began going on Wikipedia everyday.
2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
A: My best contributions to Wikipedia have to be all of my work with former stable, The Kliq.
3. What is the origin(s) of your username?
A: My username in the "iPod" format, re-placing, "Matthew" with "Pod".
4. What other project(s) do you participate in on Wikipedia besides WP:PW?
A: I do not participate in any other projects. I dedicate all of my time on Wikipedia to WP:PW.
5. What do you like most about Wikipedia? What do you like least about Wikipedia?
A: I like the fact that there are so many editors out there that are willing to help you improve, most of them are very nice. Vandalism is what I, and probably everybody, least like about Wikipedia.

Wrestling related

1. How did you begin watching professional wrestling?
A: I actually began professional wrestling when I was 8. I would always watch Raw, and Smackdown! with my dad.
2. Who is your favorite wrestler, and why?
A: I have so many favorites, but my top-favorite wrestler is actually Hornswoggle. He is so entertaining. I am a big fan of his little (pardon the pun) skits and stunts. I actually met him at an autograph session in December, 2008. He was really nice. He took a picture with me, and signed it. He had to stand up the whole time, so he looked pretty tired. I've also been a big fan of Finlay since he turned face.
3. If you were to enter pro wrestling, what would you choose your entrance theme to be?
A: I actually have no idea. I can't think of any song right now. If I were to really enter pro wrestling, I'd probably spend a full day listening to the radio trying to find a good song. ;)
4. If you were in control of any of the major wrestling promotions (WWE/TNA/etc.), what would you change about them?
A:If I was in control of WWE, I would first move all of the divas to Raw and all of the Cruiserweights to Smackdown. I would bring back the Cruiserweight Championship, so they could compete for it on Smackdown. I would move all tag teams to ECW, and all tag teams would compete for the World Tag Team Championship on ECW, eliminating the WWE Tag Team Championship. I would combine the Intercontinental and US Championships and have all of the competitors for those titles compete on Smackdown. I would have all of the heavyweights compete for the World Heavyweight Championship on Raw, and the Super-Heavyweights (Henry, V, Khali, Big Show) compete on Smackdown for the WWE Championship. In TNA, I would give the knockouts more TV time, as well as the X-Division.
5. What has been your favorite wrestling match/event of all-time?
A: My favorite wrestling match is the Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels match from WrestleMania XXIV. My favorite wrestling event is the annual Royal Rumble PPV.

Personal

1. What city/area do you currently live in?
A: I like in New York.
2. What other language(s) do you speak besides English?
A: Well, I'm currently taking a Spanish class, so I know the basics.
3. What are your interests?
A: Computer programming, Wikipedia, pro wrestling, being with my family/friends, and theater.
4. What do you do in your spare time when you aren't editing Wikipedia/at work/at school/etc.?
A: I watch a lot of TV, so if I have a day to do nothing, I'll probably just relax and watch some TV. Otherwise I'll be with my friend, seeing movies or going out other places.
5. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three items would you bring with you?
A:I would bring an iPhone, because it has television, music, internet, and is a phone to call somebody to get me off the island. I would bring sunblock, to avoid a sunburn and skin cancer. The last thing (person) I would bring is my brother. I need somebody to keep me company. =]

Community-asked questions

1. What are your thoughts on the Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels match at WrestleMania? (from ThinkBlue)
A: That match was amazing. I had a feeling from the start that Michaels would win, but every second of that match made me change my mind, back and forth. I'm glad that Flair ended his career against the showstopper at the grandest stage of them all, that is if it was necessary for him to retired (which it was).
2. Are you a Cena fan or a Cena hater, and why? (from NiciVampireHeart)
A: I'm a proud member of the chain gang. I believe that he always has the title, and it getting so much TV time because he has earned it. He is one of the hardest workers in the WWE. He entertains the fans and does his job better than most of the wrestlers there today. So yeah, I'm a Cena fan.
3. What, specifically, is your favorite wrestling event, and why? (from LAX)
A: I had to say, WrestleMania 24. It was the best PPV I've seen in a long time. I never turned it off, or walked away for a minute. I taped it and have watched it a few times already.
