From the editors

Greetings to all members of the Military History Project! A discussion which started last month is still ongoing about the implementation of C and FL class in the project, which you can read and comment on at the bottom of the strategy department. The last month also saw the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Fort Sumter, a momentous occasion for all American editors, as it marks the 150th anniversary of the start of the American Civil War. For our project, it means the start of Operation Brothers at War, one of our four special projects. This one aims to bring American Civil War-related articles to featured status so that they may be featured on the main page on the day of their 150th anniversary. As with any project, the more members there are, the better. Even if you are not from the United States, we encourage you to join the project and help bring other American Civil War articles achieve Featured Article status.

This month also saw the promotion of four Featured Articles, one Featured List, a total of eight Featured Sounds and nine A-Class articles, more on which can be read in the article news section. However, with this outpouring of quality content, there is a need for reviewers of all the forms of content produced by our project. If you have some time to spare, please consider visiting the review page to offer your opinions on the varied forms of content being produced by members of our project.
