1689 Boston revolt edit

The 1689 Boston revolt, currently a Good Article, describes an interesting uprising - a sort of popular revolt/militia coup - that resulted in the dissolution of the Dominion of New England. The Dominion's governor, Sir Edmund Andros (a King James II appointee), was extremely unpopular in the colony.
