This project is a collaboration between the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology and the ACES library at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. The goal of this project is to create and/or edit pages that focus on historically overlooked contributions of various scientists.

We will be hosting an edit-a-thon in Fall 2023 and we will be covering diverse scientists who have been overlooked because of race, gender, sexual orientation, and physical challenges.
