Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?

I started this new group because I there is no project group that has this idea. This will be a new, and amazing experience. If you've ever sent an article you've created to be reviewed, you know it can take a LONG time, and often ends up coming back with the requests that it is changed multiple times, before you send it in AGAIN! This could help stop that.
