Pass The article does rely too much on original research and primary sources to pass. However, it probably wasn't necessary to accuse the editor of "abusing" the encyclopedia. People researching historical topics often goof up on Wikipedia when it comes to using original research, because in an academic setting original research is actually encouraged.
