I don't know why my created Page: Amber Court "do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article". There are many Wiki Articles about moderate famous Buildings on Wikipedia. Amber Court is a known place in southeast asia. Its covered by many newspaper articles and repeatedly turns up on social media/youtube. Its used as filming location for movie and tv. I tried to explain the history behind this mysterious place without any rumors wich are going around on the internet. Aside from all this Ghost-Storys its an important piece in Malaysias corporate history: build in the boom period of the 90s as vacation rental apartments for a new wealthier middle class wich ended with the asian financial crisis and the bankruptcy of the Amber Court and Billion Court Projects. Its a milestone in the beginning of development programs around the gentling highlands. Amber Court itself has a very unique architecture by the famous Malaysian Gra-Architects. So, I need a little guidance here as the previous reasons for decline are not super clear to me even after reading the articles referenced.

I removed a reference that I understand couldn’t be used but I definitely do feel this subject "Paladin Amber" is notable enough to have an article published on Wikipedia. You only have to Google her and click news to find a heap on her.

I really need my handheld on the publishing of this article.

Draft is getting rejected because "it does not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject" - however, the draft benefits from several reliable external resources from .gov (mass.gov) and .org (wakefieldhistory.org) domains, including financial reports from financial publications such as ibanknet.com. The Savings Bank is a financial institution, a community bank founded back in 1869, the biggest bank in Wakefield, MA. Please let me know how the draft could be improved to be approved.

TomAlexander85, the top level domain of a web source does not dictate whether a source is reliable or not, additionally financial reports and governmental reports are primary sources and as such don't contribute to the notability of the subject. Currently it's very basic, but I intend to make it quite larger in case the BAB is understood as notable.
