Mfaakeef Your draft Draft:Diamond Rainwear has zero sources and no indication how they might pass WP:NCORP which is why it was rejected. Theroadislong (talk) 07:15, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Dikkar8421, I see you have two drafts. Generally it helps if you tell us which one you have a question about and also ask the question. One is not yet submitted. The other has been declined for the correct and excellent reason in the comment on it. Please confirm you have read this, and then, if you do not understand, come back here and ask for help Fiddle Faddle 11:03, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

KAA,NNII (talk) 10:55, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

KAA,NNII You don't ask a question, but your draft was rejected, not just declined, meaning that it will not be considered further. It only states that the person exists. Wikipedia articles must do more, they must summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about a subject, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability; in this case, the definition of a notable person. 331dot (talk) 10:58, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The page I was editing after publishing, Bluebird Theatre Company, was drafted by a user. To my knowledge, I have followed all the required citing and reference criteria. In comparison to some other, and even more renowned theater companies, the information and bibliographies I provided are far more extensive. Is there a valid reason for this page to have been drafted? and if so, what must I do to resolve it? Best regards. M0711K (talk) 13:50, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

M0711K, this user appears to be you? Fiddle Faddle 16:03, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Timtrent yes, I am trying to move this page out into the mainspace - any tips? M0711K (talk) 16:12, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
M0711K, yes. Referencing. We require references from significant coverage about the topic of the article, and independent of it, and in WP:RS please. See WP:42. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact referred to, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the topic is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today. Fiddle Faddle 17:13, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Can anyone help me with what is wrong with this article? All references are from media with good reputation and are written directly for the person in question.

Arjanhalili (talk) 14:35, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Arjanhalili, I have left a request at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Albania#Draft:Dejzi - eyes please for help assessing the referencing. I can use Google Translate to understand (imperfectly) what they say, but have no clue about WP:RS. Fiddle Faddle 17:22, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have worked really hard to make sure I get reliable sources - I have Billboard cited, as well as two articles from Alt Press (the biggest national publication for alternative music), amongst other local news stories. What about these sources still are not reliable, particularly the Billboard and Alt Press? When I look at band pages on the "List of Alternative Rock Artists" page, I struggle to see what makes their sources more reliable than the ones I've listed (for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Heavy_(band) or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunter_Valentine or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivoryline to name just a few, but there are dozens of others with similar sources).

I have talked with multiple long-time wiki users and some say the article I am working on (Draft:Centerstone) meets all guidelines while others decline it from being published. I have voiced my "conflicts of interest" on my user page and have tried to model this entry after other non-profit organization pages. I've also used multiple sources from external publications to back the information I am providing. I'm told that it contains advertising language, but no one has been able to pinpoint exactly where the problem is. I am looking for any and all helpful feedback so that I can get this approved! Draft:Centerstone Thank you! Rlambert327 (talk) 19:21, 6 August 2020 Rlambert327 (talk) 19:39, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
