@124.253.254.24: - the reviewer was completely right to reject this. Wikipedia is not the place to advertise (presumably) yourself. An artist has to be notable - this page sets out ways that can be managed. Nosebagbear (talk) 16:26, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

My article should be titled Beer Agency Beer Shop - The title offered by your editor misspelled Agency

This question makes no sense to me. Seems like the draft ahs been deleted anyway. Your proposed title is unlikely to be a notable topic. Legacypac (talk) 20:49, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Draft deleted or never there. This is a notable topic undoubtably already covered in mainspace. Legacypac (talk) 20:47, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Another case where the Reject button leads to no question. Legacypac (talk) 20:44, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

When trying to upload my own images we're getting an error related to Wikimedia commons licensing. Is there a way around this?

Futsal Focus (talk) 15:22, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Futsal Focus. Don't bother with images. Their presence or absence has nothing to do with whether or not a draft is accepted. Your effort has much larger problems, especially conflict of interest, copyright violation, and a failure to demonstrate notability. --Worldbruce (talk) 19:46, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I wanted to seek advice on Jessica A. Newell’s rejected biography. The criticism was that there were no source references. So does that mean that I create a bibliography page and add US Copyright information for her songs? The song Stay is pending copyright and is search able on iTunes, Amazon Music and Spotify as “Stay by Jessica Newell”. Secondly, the photo didn’t seem to fully load so I tried downloading a 2nd and third one. Finally, the first time I submitted the article it disappeared on me so I submitted again and again because it was late and I was determined to be successful. So bottom line how can I fix her biography and it not be rejected? Thanks, Chris

Newelchr (talk) 16:20, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Newelchr. The point of the rejection is that Newell isn't notable (doesn't meet Wikipedia's inclusion criteria). Copyright information for her songs has nothing to do with it. In the near term, nothing can be done to her biography that would result in it being accepted. Although it is currently WP:TOOSOON, as her career progresses, she may become notable, so the topic could be revisited in a few years. If you have a conflicat of interest, it would be best to leave that to an uninvolved Wikipedian. --Worldbruce (talk) 19:39, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I thought I was submitting this entry to the German Wikipedia as the interface and where I registered the account were in German. Do I need to start over in the German version or can I switch it to German somewhere easily? I will also do an English version after this one is (hopedully) accepted, but I need to publish the German one first.

Thank you

Fi80 (talk) 17:58, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Fi80 Hi Welocme to AfC help desk. You can use one account and it would access to all other languages Wikipedia sites. Do note that each Wikipedia (diff languages) site operates independently from each other thus each has its own guidelines and policies. In English Wikipedia in order for an article to be published in the main space, subject of the article needs to be notable and the content need to be supported by significant coverage (at least 3), independent, reliable sources for verification.Thank you. Hi Fi80. The German-language Wikipedia is located at https://de.wikipedia.org/. You may start an article there about your subject by clicking this. --Worldbruce (talk) 19:26, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
