To whom it may concern,
I have tried to publish an article on French artist Eric Baudelaire, on whom I have made serious, well-documented research, yet my submission has been declined. The reviewer wrote me that the tone might not be neutral enough, that it doesn't mean the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. I am writing you to seek advice to get to know what are the elements to change and/or improve to make that article "publishable".
