I have written my first article but I cannot submit it for review. When I do it I get a warning message about clicking on SAVE button in the bottom of the page, but there is no such button. I had for a couple weeks ago asked the same question in the chat and I got the answer that it was a bug in wikipedia that should be fixed. I wonder though if there is some mistake I am doing. I would appreciate any help. Another thing is that I would need help and feedback on this article because apart from being my first article I know the person I am writing for. I have tried my best to cite relevant sources and use neutral language but still any feedback is more than welcome!

It seems to me that the content of this proposed page is quite similar to that of the wikipedia page for GNU Octave. In both cases these are software tools that have been used by many users and the citations are mostly examples where people used it.
This is my last attempt to get help; if this fails I'll abandon my attempt to provide this information.
