- Hello, Mathematician. Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. It's tough to say whether your sources are sufficient, because you've presented them all in the form of bare URL's. This runs afoul of our rules at WP:CITE, because it fails to provide essential bibliographic information such as the name of the article or book, the author, the publisher, etc. You can avoid this problem if you format your references using citation templates, such as {{cite web}}, {{cite book}}, or {{cite journal}}. The article "Design with memory" which I had submitted has been rejected on the basis of notability and I would like to get some advise on how I may go about fixing it. A quick overview, the term "Design with memory" is a sustainable design methodology that was introduced through an international design competition which ran for about 10 years during the early years when the idea of "sustainability and design" was gaining momentum in both design education and consumer mindset. The term may not have been wide spread beyond the scope of the competition but the designs that were created using the methodology were noted by various independent sources both design and consumer lifestyle publications. And as those publications would say, the competition (and the use of methodology) was one of the earliest initiatives amongst design community both local and international and one that deserves a place where people can look back to as part of that larger sustainability and design story. The reviewer commented that the article is confusing - whether it was about the methodology or the competition. I can see how that may be so but they are intertwined in the sense that the outcome, the design entries, were used as examples for the application of the methodology. So I wonder, what if I wrote the article about the competition instead? Again, the goal is to document and share all the noted and notable ideas and designs that were showcased in the competition and not to promote anything beyond that as the competition ended for good. Any advise would help.
