- Hi, Calahas. Yes, you can still submit the article for review. Just click "Submit your draft when you are ready for it to be reviewed!" and save the page. (The notice of a review waiting will be at the end.) However, at this time, I do not believe it will be accepted. Wikipedia articles need references to independent, reliable sources of information to demonstrate notability, either through the general guideline or the guideline for academics. I created an article in my sandbox and submitted it for review. I since found a page of that name already existed, but it was a "redirect". I therefore deleted the redirection command on the page and added the text developed in the sandbox. It's now upand running, so there is no longer any need for review.
