- Maybe if the TV series has not aired yet, there is nothing to say on it. Subjects normally need to have been noticed and talked about by multiple, reliable media outlets before they are suitable for a Wikipedia article. I don't get it. Reviewer says the subject is not of significance, but we have so many other college football coaches that get listed. Paul Haynes was d coordinator at The Ohio State (not my favorite school but one of the premier programs), and now is d coordinator at an SEC school (arguably the top college league). Reviewer says I need reliable sources; I provided two newspapers, ESPN, and a university press release.
Paul Haynes is the real deal. Other SEC university defensive coordinators are listed. Why not Paul Haynes?

- Hi there 99. I agree that he is probably notable, but I'm also a college football fan so I'm somewhat biased. Here's the thing - you need to prove notability to someone who is not a football fan. What makes him different? What makes coaching in the SEC so important? You've only got a couple sentences really about him...maybe add a little more, and resubmit? OK, I tried to add some content based on your suggestions to address the notability aspect. I am not sure if I am supposed to leave the previous review rejections on there before I resubmit? Also, what about the reliable sources aspect? If two newspapers, ESPN, a university press release, and the NCAA direct statistical records are not considered reliable resources, what is? Look at the previous Arkansas coordinator's page, the one that was replaced with Paul Haynes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willy_Robinson
If a dead link to a tv station and another link to a University bio page were enough for Willy Robinson to get listed, the sources I have provided should definitely be considered sufficiently reliable.

- You have not made the suggested revisions, have you? The reviewer advised you to remove the long list that was sourced from company press releases. It would be a good idea to do what they asked, or your article may be rejected again. The article was re-submitted 2 days ago, not three weeks ago. Sionk (talk) 22:13, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
- Please excuse my inexperience, I'm a first-time contributor. I thought that the editor was asking me to clear out the references that went back to the company's website, so I found places where similar information appeared in independent publications. As for the submission date, I made the revisions on February 15 and then submitted the same version again on March 5, in case I had done something wrong with the February submission. If that sent me back to the end of the line, then I'll chalk that up as a Wikipedia life lesson. Thanks for your input.

I am trying to submit an article Wikipedia talk:Articles for Creation/Ghost Bicycle Manufacturerthat appears in the German Wikipedia site on Ghost Bicycle Manufacturer. I have translated the German entry to English and added some references but it has been refused by editors 5-6 times. Just looking for some help here as this is a simple translation of an existing entry and matches in form and content other entries on bicycle manufacturers. Any suggestions?
