Thanks for answering the question.  I didn't have a clue.  I better read this article again.  :- ) DCS 14:59, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

What do I have to add when I am asked to add more information? (97.101.122.93 (talk) 11:43, 31 March 2012 (UTC))[reply]

Hi (talk), I can't speak to the reviewer's comment that your article "really needs more information." However, to establish the notability of Joel Goldstein, there should be multiple independent sources that cover him. Right now, none of the identified sources are independent from Mr. Goldstein and/or provide coverage of him. Try to hunt down some independent references from reliable sources, that cover him beyond just mentioning him. Then, you are encouraged to resubmit your article, once you have added sources. I hope you find this helpful. Dalisays (talk) 12:53, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Question about Speedy deletion edit

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I just write an article about Henry Rand Hatfield, who is a famous accountant in USA, I copy the information from The accounting Hall of fame Website and properly cited it. But I receive a message shows that:

A tag has been placed on Henry Rand Hatfield requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. I don't know how to prove the notability on WIKI. How can I do to make the article not be deleted?

Thank you so much !````

Sincerely, Lyla````

I was told in the review of this article that my references do not support the notability of the subject. How can I improve this to have this article published?

Thank you! Writer1213 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Writer1213 (talkcontribs) 23:53, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Writer1213.  I have looked over your article, which is more a collection of lists than an article, and I find that your references by galleries are not independent.  Several references to the Wikipedia can not be used see WP:CIRCULAR and the only source that refers to the subjects father is a blog, therefore not reliable, nor does it even mention the subject.  Please have a quick look at WP:SOURCES then look for articles in magazines, newspapers, hard copies or online that say how great your subject is and use those as references.  Thanks for your efforts, and good luck.   :- ) DCS 17:21, 1 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
