There should be a list of episodes. Another good inclusion would be a descriptive list of the various countries Kino goes through. The manga of Kino's Journey will first appear in the U.S. in October 2006, and should supplement the existing entry. An analysis of themes would be welcome -- Kino's Journey is quite complex, and could include issues such as death and sacrifice, the complexity of human communication, how best to run a country, sexual ambiguity, etc.

  • I've tagged the article with {{Unreferenced}} and {{Original research}} tags. 99% of the article has no references, and the lone reference mark is inadequate. Also, it has too much fancruft embedded and prominently written as "fact" in the article without the aforementioned references. I'm desperately trying to find my CB manuals made by TOKYOPOP years ago to help out, but I know that those manuals won't be enough to bring the article up to "Good Article" a/or "Featured Article" status.

Serial Experiments Lain edit

  • This major anime's page consists in only a list of "other material", a succint character list and a very personnal, very contested plot summary. The summary needs complete rewriting, it needs an episode list (13 episodes), a themes section, and a "theories & conclusions" section, critical as most of the story is left to the viewer's appreciation.

It has an episode list. A pretty good one at that. See List of Serial Experiments Lain episodes. Considering how there are also episode articles it wouldn't take much to bring that up to Featured List quality either. Easier said than done. An inability to cite references is killing us on anime articles. Happen to know if the DVDs offer any informative features? And that episode list also needs some Japanese titles. Though I wouldn't be suprised if it's the kind of show where the episode title is in English (in which case we should make the column just read "Episode title" instead of "English title"). The episode titles really are in english, in the japanese and in the english version (and in the french one if i remember). I own the series. I'll have to rewatch it and put some summaries in for the remaining episodes.
