In the first case, the name collisions problem for non-English sources is perhaps insurmountable. In the second, I'm almost wondering if it's a hoax, nobody with a similar name appears on Forbes' list of billionaires, nor is there a similar name on the board of Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, which is what Al-Kareem redirects to.       - And I've prodded Homeyra, as I couldn't find any coverage of her. Possible close paraphrasing issue with the archived personal website too. No issues with recreation or deprodding if sources can be found - but unless someone finds on in Farsi or a different spelling of her name, I doubt we've missed anything. So, onto August I reckon.
