Interest of the translation: A featured Article in Spanish, covering the history and significance of the subject since the 13th century, would greatly contribute to the English Wiki
Comment: There is already an article at Nai Talim but it is very stubby but it does have two incoming links. A redirect at Basic Education would be a good idea.
Interest of the translation: Good article in es, (articulo bueno). The painting is a major work by one of Spain's most important artists, has been the subject of recent controversy (as to whether it is actually a Goya), and has much written about it in both Spanish and English. Also the subject of a visual arts requested article.
Comment: Apparently the village was the basis for "Hinamizawa" (雛見沢) in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. The fictional village even has its own ja article.

Interest of the translation: Place is a world heritage site, and this article is one of the shortest world heritage site in Japan articles on EN. The JA article seems to provide far more information.

Interest of the translation: "Medina’s portraits of Americans distinguished in business, government, education, and entertainment are held in numerous public and private collections in this country and throughout Europe."[7]
Interest of the translation: Lluís Companys i Jover was the president of Catalan General Assembly until his execution during the Spanish Civil War at the hands of the Francoist secret police. His article in English is far from containing all of the necessary information about him.
Interest of the translation: The current article is pitifully lacking in information, whereas the German article appears to have a wealth of it (I don't understand a word of German, but the German article has multiple sections!) You might wish to also look at Berliner Bär since apparently that's about the same subject.
