To add a section header, put two equals signs at the beginning of a line and two more at the end.
Change the next line to look like this:
==Section header==
You can change the line after that into a subsection header using three equal signs, like this:
===Subsection===
Note that the first word of a section header is capitalized, but only proper nouns should be capitalized in the rest of the header.
