Elon Musk finally exited this list just in time for Thanksgiving, something we can all be thankful for. I was excited to say we're also free of the Marvel Cinematic Universe until I remembered Disney+ is a thing that exists.

Rank Article Class Views Image Notes/about
1 Ralf Rangnick   1,673,772   Manchester United has targeted this German coach, who was director of sports and development for Lokomotiv Moscow, but most recently had earned some energy drink money coaching RB Leipzig. Given the hiring by Man U was speculation, our editors here have kept any mention of it off Rangnick's article until the club itself announced the deal.
2 Murder of Ahmaud Arbery   1,109,677[1] In February 2020, Arbery, a 25-year-old Black man, was tragically murdered by three White men (Gregory McMichael, his son Travis, and William Bryan). On November 24, the three were convicted of felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment, while Travis (the one who killed Arbery) was additionally found guilty of malice murder. All three face a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment.
3 Adele   1,025,642   Adele's newest album continues to sell well in it's second week. I would go on to explain what it's about, but last week's report does that very well already. So I'll just give an update:

After having already "broke[n] the Apple Music record for the most pre-added album" (I'm not 100% sure what this means either), the album has broke several other records, selling over 800,000 copies in the US in the opening week alone.

This was also the week in which Adele persuaded Spotify to remove the abillity to shuffle her albums. Apparently her songs tell a story and need to be listended to in order (I say apparently not because I don't believe, but because I am too obtuse to ever notice such a thing)

4 Kenosha unrest shooting   1,022,853   The fallout continues after Kyle Rittenhouse, who killed two people during the Kenosha unrest in August 2020, was found not guilty on all charges he faced. Protests and riots have occurred throughout America in the days since the verdict, which continues to be celebrated by the right and condemned by the left.
5 Jonathan Larson   1,005,943   The creator of the classic musical Rent is the subject of Lin-Manuel Miranda feature directorial debut, Tick, Tick... Boom! (named after another musical of his), in which he is portrayed by Andrew "I'm Totally Not in Spider-Man: No Way Home" Garfield. The film has garnered considerable acclaim, and Garfield is now considered a leading candidate for an Academy Award for Best Actor nomination.
6 Stephen Sondheim   989,155   One of Broadway's greatest names, creator of West Side Story, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, A Little Night Music, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and Into the Woods (and also an Oscar winner for his work on Dick Tracy), Sondheim died at the age of 91.
7 Hawkeye (miniseries)   804,158   In spite of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Eternals dropping off the list, the franchise holds on thanks to Jeremy Renner as the "House of Ideas"'s greatest archer Katniss Everdeen Clint Barton, who has hit Disney+ with a show that like the greatest Christmas movie is about spending the holidays beating up criminals. And Hawkeye follows the movie of his friend Natasha by also featuring his successor, Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld).
8 Deaths in 2021   794,566   And I am not frightened of dying
Any time will do, I don't mind
Why should I be frightened of dying?
There's no reason for it, you've gotta go sometime
9 Thanksgiving   777,932   It was again time for Americans to reunite for feast, hopefully without COVID spikes. And this year, the ensuing shopping sprees were the first off the list at #26.
10 The Wheel of Time (TV series)   669,248   Prime Video's fantasy show adapting a book series (#14) and starring Rosamund Pike keeps on releasing new episodes and getting more views.
11 Venus Williams   662,553   King Richard, which just hit theaters and HBO Max, is not about the many British monarchs named Richard, but the father-coach of the Williams sisters who managed to turn his daughters into tennis powerhouses. The film has Richard himself played by Will Smith and eldest daughter Venus played by Saniyya Sidney.
12 Richard Williams (tennis coach)   653,140
13 Patrizia Reggiani   651,867   An Italian socialite lovingly nicknamed "Black Widow" after hiring a hitman to kill ex-husband Maurizio Gucci (#18). There's a movie about her in theaters (#15), where some weird woman named Stefani plays Patrizia.
14 The Wheel of Time   605,092   The doorstopper books that are the source material of #10, and managed to get completed in spite of its creator Robert Jordan dying while writing them.
15 House of Gucci   598,409   Ridley Scott's latest directorial effort dramatizes the story of #13 (played by Lady Gaga), the Italian socialite who hired a hitman to kill her husband Maurizio Gucci (played by Adam Driver) and gain control of his estate. Although Gaga's performance has been widely acclaimed, the film has received mixed reviews and has been condemned by the Gucci family.
16 Pete Davidson   597,657   Oh great, another excuse to illustrate this comedian with his latest fling, Kim Kardashian - whose ex posted a Thanksgiving (#9) video making it clear he wants to reunite the family.
17 Hellbound (TV series)   579,402   Squid Game ensured the Netflix Korean wave still sweeps, as this fantasy set in a world where monsters show up to incinerate people doomed to hell is atop the streaming's charts.
18 Maurizio Gucci   578,921   A key figure in #15, where Adam Driver portrays the son of Rodolfo Gucci (and grandson of founder Guccio Gucci) who became the majority stockholder of Gucci, helped the company re-emerge as a powerhouse by hiring Tom Ford, and was murdered at orders of his ex (#13).
19 Arcane (TV series)   560,174   Animated series based on a video game that actually managed to get favorable reviews from both critics and fans of the game.
20 David Ginola   535,504   French soccer football legend in the news as he appears in the 21st season of British reality TV show I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!.
21 Serena Williams   597,432   The youngest daughter of #12, and who in spite of still being a strong WTA presence was beaten here by older sister #11. King Richard has her portrayed by Demi Singleton.
22 Naughty Boy   532,063   La la, la la la la la na na na na na... DJ Shahid Khan is also going with #20 to a Welsh castle.
23 Turpin case   516,517   When, in January 2018, police raided the Turpin house, it made international headlines. Why? David and Louise Turpin had imprisoned and tortured their children for well over a decade (the exact time is subject to speculation) and no-body had any idea until one of the children escaped. (This doesn't do it full justice, but I can't go on forever. I would recommend reading this fairly short article yourself.)

David and Louise were each charged with (deep breath) twelve counts of torture, twelve counts of false imprisonment, seven counts of abuse of a dependent adult, and six counts of child abuse, with David additionally being charged with perjury (claiming the children were home-schooled) and a lewd act on a minor. In February 2018 they entered guity pleas to one count of torture, three counts of willful child cruelty, four counts of false imprisonment, and six counts of cruelty to an adult dependent.

In a 20/20 special titled "Escape from a House of Horror", released this November, the Turpin children have detailed their lives post-escape, reporting that they have been neglected by Riverside County social services and abused by foster/adoptive families. Riverside County has hired a private law firm to investigate.

24 Ghostbusters: Afterlife   510,025   Finishing it off, the latest of two big franchises, the paranormal hunters currently topping the box office and James Bond, who already made $700 million in theaters and currently is making it big in the VOD charts.
25 No Time to Die   508,267
