Two single-use templates of unclear necessity. Whitby is a suburban municipality whose local town council does not constitute an WP:NPOL-passing office, so these don't exist because Judi Longfield was notable for serving on Whitby council per se, they exist because later in her political career Judi Longfield went on to serve in Parliament. And because Whitby council isn't a notable office in its own right, its municipal elections don't even have their own standalone articles at all (nor does her 1991 challenger), meaning that there are no other articles besides Longfield's BLP to use these in, yet no way to make the autogenerated redlinks in the headers go away.
So these just don't need to exist in templatespace at all: her Whitby council election record can be manually coded in her BLP if anybody actually thinks it's valuable, but it doesn't need to be templated if there are no other related articles to use these in: election results only need to be shunted off to templatespace if we need multiple articles to cross-reference the same set of results, and not if there's only one possible transclusion.
