Single-article content with no template parameters and no documentation explaining why it exists. A straightforward table. Subst into article and delete. – Jonesey95 (talk) 16:05, 7 July 2023 (UTC)

Unmaintained navbox that requires ongoing maintenance. Apparently this is supposed to include developments in St. Louis that are "under way" at some level (at least planned, if not actively being constructed), and not yet completed developments. The last substantial edits to the navbox were in 2013, and the included articles were "under way" at that time. Most of the listed developments have been completed. St. Louis Ballpark Village is approaching final completion (but has been "open" for years). The Bottle District and St. Louis Streetcar represent proposed developments that never went anywhere. MetroLink Expansion is a perennial topic, but aside from a new station opening on an existing line in 2018, there hasn't been any recent active development. National_Geospatial-Intelligence_Agency#Next_NGA_West is a significant active development in St. Louis that isn't included in the navbox. There are other developments since 2013 that were never included in the navbox. National Car Rental Field was proposed and went nowhere. CityPark was proposed and completed.
