Used on a handful of user pages, plus exactly one mainspace article. And it looks terrible there, with the large button icon completely overpowering the body text it's placed inline with. The template was nominated once before, and while the result at the time was "keep", RL0919's closing summary said in part: Keep for now pending future use, but if it continues to be unused I would anticipate renomination within a few months. Well, it's taken thirteen years, but given the continuing lack of use, complete lack of aesthetically desirable use, and unlikelihood of increased use in the future, who is this template even for?
