Propose merging Template:Franchise total episodes with Template:Television franchise episode count.
Two templates that have the same purpose and both used in mainspace. Newer one seems to have the simpler code and more options. Indagate (talk) 20:21, 19 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. I believe there's a bunch more WP1.0 related templates that could use a TFD, probably including the well used {{WP1.0}}. This would probably require quite some research about what exactly the status is for the project (how defunct is it) and how it relates to the WP1.0 bot which has to a large extent gained it's own life as a more general tool.   • Weak keep. I have updated the URL, but the database has apparently been purged of films from before 2000. The site shows a pop-up window with a message: This website, www.citwf.com, now only contains information on films released 2000-2021. The data for the period 1895-1999 is now at www.firstcenturyofcinema.com. This will be available to the public until 31 July 2021. Thereafter, its accessibility will only be possible via universities, libraries and institutions. Get your library or university to licence Contact citwf@aol.com for full details. It is unclear why we would link to this bare-bones web site at all when better resources exist for external links, so I am OK with delete if the consensus is that this template has no value. Whatever the consensus, someone will need to trim this template out of articles from pre-2000 movies. – Jonesey95 (talk) 23:45, 8 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
