Unused and similar to the rest of the group that was deleted after the January 25, 2022, Tfd. Part of an experiment from 2006 that didn't catch on. Keep. Not unused anymore, I added it to the Ortenaukreis article. This template is also meant for use in the infoboxes for the municipalities, but this functionality is broken now because the entries for the parameter "licence" have been changed, see this previous discussion.
